Home inspections are a snapshot in time of the condition of the major systems in the home. You are welcome to attend and go around with me as I inspect what could be your new home. Even new construction may have some issues that need to be addressed before everything operates as it should.
Feel free to ask questions as we go around and I wiill do my best to answer them. If you would like to arrive near the end of the inspection we can do a walk around and I will show you what I have found. Do not be overly concerned if in your first review of the home inspection report there seems to be a considerable number of problems. Please discuss the issues with your agent.
